I couldn’t get a stable internet connection to record the show with Paul so had to run this one by myself.

For podcasting we need 44.1 Khz and at least 64 kbps Emailed Skylook about this and recieved this email from Jeremy Hague: " To answer your questions about Skylook: In a future release, Skylook will allow our users to ‘adjust’ the quality at which the MP3 file is encoded at. Thanks for sending through your requirements at which Skylook would have to record the MP3 file at (44.1mhz and 64kbps or higher).
